I’m a MacUser since the days of the old MacPlus. I have two Macs at home and another one at my research office. But like many MacUsers I need a Windows machine in order to access office stuff like business applications and some specific software (mostly MS SQL Server and OLAP Services to manage decision support stuff).
After the move to Intel it was simply a matter of time before somebody could hack Windows on Mac Intels and it just happened. So instead of trying to hack MacOS on my PC laptop, I guess I should start thinking about buying a new MacBook Pro.

Here we go again… This Businessweek article is making an ambicious prediction about the Web 2.0 and how stuff like the recently Google acquisition Writely could be a sign that lots of cash and technology will create a new internet bubble…
Music:
- Richmond Fontaine – The Fitzgerald, not available in iTunes apart from 2002 Winnemucca – My favorite band these days, this is the 3rd record in a row that almost beats my old time favorites from Lou Reed and company.
- The National – Alligator – they could one day be as good as Richmond Fontaine.
- Animal Collective – Feels – these guys make the most creative music and crazy sounds out there.
- Andrew Bird – The Mysterious Production of Eggs – a guitar and great songwritting.
- Sufjan Stevens – Illinoise – I don’t have a clue if Sufjan will complete the almost impossible task of composing a record for each US state (2 out of 50), but this is surely a great record.

A new game design from Will Wright, creator of SimCity and Sims. An utterly brilliant game concept that crosses boundaries…
An absolutely brilliant movie that makes you wonder how important design and marketing issues are for technological products.
